Answer: Start with steps here:
First,
do a fresh install of windows

Second,
remove the old FGTech Galletto from system totally
That is, you need to remove all previous installs system files of fg

Third,
check your FGTech Galletto V54 drive, check if all is well, there’s driver for 32bit and 64bit. (if you uninstall all previous versions). Use the USB fix that comes on the cd.
If Fgtech v54 not open in OBD2, re
install again without deinstalar the v54. and try to open the Obd2 again. 

Fourth,
check ftd2xx.dll file. If this file was read only and you have to change this unmarking read only in location – widows/system32/ftd2xx.dll.

Now is working !!!!!!!!

Got one mpps v21 clone from http://www.fobdii.com, and test it working fine so far, below parts are the mpps v21 clone tested report :

Read written FLESH + MPC + EEPROM fiat marely 6f3, OK through OBD.
There are few tools that read-write EEPROM marely by OBD.
OBD-flash reading 3min 20 sec., 45 sec-writing.
MPC and EEPROM read OBD-20 seconds, 20 seconds writing (multyboot OBD) .A very strong and stable tool.
its always a risk with edc17 , this ecu opens easy , boot is safer , if you trust your tool you have to make a choice
tested edc16u1 from T5 2007 1.9tdi AXB 77kw.
read write ok over obd on kline.
make sure you remove the fan plug from fan controller when writing on this cars. when flash is erased the fan will work on max speed .
Ems3132 Bootmode. Read ok. Write not ok.
It erases the flash and cannot write.
Revived by k-tag.
MPPS V18 do not have capabilities to read and write PSG16 trough K-line.
If you want to flash PSG16 In Astra G, or Zafira A with MPPS V18, you must connect to CAN lines directly.

How to Reset the Check Engine on a Hyundai Tucson

Open the driver's door and locate the lever to release the engine hood latch. Launch X431 Pull the latch until you hear the hood release.

Open the hood and ensure that it is properly supported. While most models have self-sustaining hoods, some may still have a rod that you must prop up in order to keep it from falling.

Using a 1/4 or 3/8 ratchet, remove the bolt keeping the negative terminal on and completely disconnect it. Let the battery sit unplugged for at least 5 minutes.

Reconnect the battery, ensuring not to screw the bolt back on too tightly. Start up your car and verify the check engine light is now off. If the light remains on, or turns back on at any point, gm tech2 then a problem still exists with the car and should be inspected by a certified technician.

Turn your ignition to the "Acc" or "On" setting, without starting the engine.

How to Reset a Thermal Switch in a Water Heater

If your water heater has stopped heating, a tripped thermal switch may be to blame. In water heaters and many other types of home appliances, thermal switches disrupt power to the appliance's heating mechanisms when the appliance starts to overheat. Most thermal switches are triggered when the temperature of the water in the tank rises above 170 degrees Fahrenheit. The Toyota Tundra, first manufactured in 1999, featured the second phase of on-board diagnostics (OBD II) that diagnose issues that occur to the truck's engine and operating system and communicate codes (DTCs, or diagnostic trouble codes) to the computer of the vehicle.XTOOL HD900 OBD II standardized the equipment necessary to scan and read the trouble codes that cause the check-engine light (malfunction indicator light or MIL) to illuminate on the instrument panel. How to Install a Turbo Kit on a Civic

Drain your Honda Civic's engine oil and radiator fluid prior to turbo installation, as oil and coolant lines will need to be rerouted into the turbocharger unit.

Remove the stock exhaust header by removing the header bolts from the engine head,OBDSTAR Scanner as well as the exhaust bolts holding the header to the catalytic converter. Bolt in its place the turbo exhaust manifold and exhaust downpipe from your Civic turbo kit. Hook all stock sensors into the modified exhaust.

Bolt the turbocharger onto its designated flange on the exhaust manifold. Route all custom oil and coolant lines into the turbocharger. As this process will vary depending on year and trim of your Civic, refer to vehicle-specific vacuum diagrams.

Remove your Civic's front bumper, and bolt the intercooler unit into place in front of the radiator. Attach the intercooler J-pipe by securing one end to the turbocharger's compressor wheel, and the other side to the intercooler inlet. Secure with supplied clamp rings.

Attach the intercooler up-pipe between the intercooler's outlet and the throttle body. Secure via clamp rings.BMW ICOM A3 Pro+ Attach all vacuum lines and sensors to their designated plug-ins on the intercooler piping.

Install your turbo kit's blow-off valve onto the designated flange on the intercooler up-pipe. Install the air filter and/or intake pipe onto the turbocharger's inlet.

Cut a rectangular segment out of the rear of your Civic's front bumper with an angle grinder, such that the bumper will fit over the intercooler unit. Reinstall the bumper, and replace engine oil and radiator fluid.

Tune your turbocharged Honda Civic's engine via engine management software. A standalone tunable ECU is ideal,gm tech2 as they allow all engine parameters to be fully edited and refined for the turbo system. How to Reset the Service Engine Light on the 2003 Buick

Open the driver's side door on the 2003 Buick and locate the diagnostic link connector (DLC) underneath the dashboard.Launch X431 On a LeSabre and Park Avenue, the DLC is located under the dash to the left of the steering column. On the Century and Rendezvous models, the DLC is under the dash directly beneath the steering column. On the Buick Regal, the DLC is located under the dash to the right of the steering column.

Plug the OBD II scanner/eraser into the DLC. Because of the DLC's shape and the shape of the plug, there is only one correct way to plug it in.

Place the key of the Buick into the ignition and turn the key to the accessory power position.BMW ICOM A3 Pro+ This position illuminates the lights on the instrument cluster and powers all the accessory components without the engine running. It will also provide power to the scanner from the Buick's battery.

Press the erase button on the faceplate of the scanner. If the scanner is not equipped with an erase button, follow the onscreen menu and use the scroll or enter button(s) to the erase codes or DTCs option and press the enter button.

Allow the onscreen menu of the scanner to default back to its main menu or display a "command sent" message.

Start the engine to the Buick and check the instrument cluster to ensure the SEL is no longer displayed.gm tech2 If it still is on or comes back quickly, the code(s) should be diagnosed properly and repairs made if necessary.

Troubleshooting a Toyota Engine Light

Introduction

All present day vehicles have the same type of regulatory system employed to operate the function of the drive train.
History

Since 1973 when the auto manufactures first started to employ emission controls on vehicles, computers, still in their infancy, came on the scene. Their initial duties were to monitor the exhaust emissions and make corrections in the timing and the carburetor mixture to control the emissions. A good understanding of the primary function and control the computer has on the impact of the performance of the vehicle serves to lend predictability to the issue. Computers are common place and becoming more and more advanced with increasing responsibilities in the operation of the vehicle.
Functions

The Toyota computer not only operates as an engine management center, but it controls the emissions, the security system, the air conditioning, the suspension, the new Trac systems, the transmission functions and more. It does not however, have anything to do with the internal components of the Toyota engine. The Toyota check engine light does not tell the operator if the engine is low on oil or of a particular malfunction due to wear.

The Toyota has a computer called an Engine Control Management (ECM) computer that controls engine management.UCANDAS VDM2 There is a Automated Braking System (ABS) computer that operates the function of the brakes, a Body Ride Control that operates a multitude of accessory options such as power windows, locks, seats and so on. Diagnosing

Purchase a computer OBS scanner from a parts store. The OBS scanner is a requirement for diagnosis. It is relatively inexpensive but a necessity. Computers store malfunctions in memory and illuminate the check engine light on the dash. The computer will relinquish these codes in the form of a series of numbers similar to a bar code. To retrieve and understand these codes, you need a scanner. The scanner will come with a code sheet to correspond with the codes presented.

Attach the code scanner to the OBS connector under the driver's side dash. Turn the ignition key on until the lights illuminate on the dash. Do not start the car. The scanner at this time will be displaying read codes. Push the button to read and the scanner will begin to interrogate the computer. It only takes a few seconds and the scanner will respond with a code or codes if more than one. Write these codes down, such as P1425 and look up the codes on the sheet provided for a definition.

Just because the computer generated a code for the oxygen sensor (oxygen sensor malfunction), does not necessarily mean that it is bad and should be replaced. The oxygen sensor measures the amount of oxygen in the exhaust system by producing a very small voltage that the computer sees as an indication as to the fuel mixture being to rich or lean. A multitude of things can cause the oxygen sensor to indicate the wrong mixture.XTOOL HD900 For example a bad spark plug, wire, air leak in the manifold, bad thermostat or bad gas. If the car is running well enough and you see that this code came up, know that no disaster is imminent and continue to drive until it can be repaired or you can check it out yourself. To properly diagnose a code, even with a computer, it helps to read the manual so that you know what each sensor does and what else on the vehicle may cause that sensor to generate a code.
