How To Solved MB Star C4 EPC Browser Opened but no Network Problem

MB SD C4 and MB Star c5 software update to V2017.12 version recently ,many customers bought this version already and give good feedback on it

now i will share one problem that one of my old customer met recently as he is newer /the first time to use mb star,not familiar with each steps so that bring up an error as below
EPC Browser Opened but no Network,nothing


back to your computer desktop,find ewa in start menu,choose ewa admin tool to Start Service

you will get below screen,MB Star Diagnostic Tools please click Server/EPC/WIS in below red circle,whatever doesn’t start,please start it . Restart your computer at last,then you can open EPC NET

if you got below error during this step,please find JAVA in control panel,adjust the safety to the lowest,then you can open EPC
