• How to save power?

Turn off the screen if X431 PRO3 is not working
Set a shorter standby time
Lower the screen brightness
Turn off WLAN if it is not necessary to use the internet
No GPS function if not necessary

• What should I do if I forget to lock the screen?

You could set the screen model to password. If you forget your X431 PRO3 password, you could consult your device provider or reset your device.
Warning: Reset PRO3 may cause data loss. Please make sure you have backed up important data before resetting.

• Why the system run slowly?

In this case, do the following:
> Check all running applications and stop unnecessary applications (Step: Settings> Applications> Run> click on the application and click “Stop”).

Step on resetting X431 PR03:
Step1: Click “Settings” -> “Back and Reset”;
Step2: Click “Restore Factory Settings”;

• Why I can’t play some videos on the internet?

There are two reasons:

1. the current chrome can’t support flash player
2. the flash player can’t support this video

Please try to use another chrome or install other Flash players.

• Why I can’t set the time and date of Launch X431 PRO3

This is because your X431 PRO3 is set automatic date and time.
Click “Settings: > “Date and Time” to deselect Auto Date and Time, and then set the date and time by yourself.
