OBDSTAR X300 DP Program Buick GL8 2017 Smart Key by OBD

Here’s little guide on programming smart key on a Buick GL8 year 2017 with OBDSTAR X300 DP tablet key programmer by OBD.
Guide:
Connect OBDSTAR X300 DP with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket
Turn ignition ON
Select Immobilizer->GM->GM v30.70->Immobilizer System->By Vehicle->select region, i.e Asia-> Buick->GL8->2017
     
Key Master DP will require security code to access
Send current screenshot, VIN and vehicle to be programmed picture to OBDSTAR engineer, they will send you security code.
Manually enter security code and confirm
 
Select Program Key

Turn ignition OFF
OBDSTAR X300 DP Auto Key Programmer will ask to enter 4-digit pin code and confirm

Configuring system, wait for 10 minutes
Insert smart key to be programmed into card slot, take away other keys. Card slot position would be:
1. central console box
2. car cup holder console
3. car ashtray
4. car handgun box
 
Press on the Start button for 2 sec

X300 DP identifies current key number: 2

Program key success. Press YES to continue, NO to go back

Turn ignition ON but don’t step on pedal brake
Press on Start button for 8 sec until dash fully turns on
 
Program smart key success.
